MOSCOW, Oct 22 (PRIME) -- President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree to introduce special economic measures against Ukraine over Kiev’s sanctions that were imposed on Russians and Russian companies and contradict the international law, the Kremlin said in a statement on Monday.
The government will work out a list of the special measures and comprise a list of individuals and companies against which the special measures will be introduced, the decree said.
Moscow will cancel the measures if Ukraine voids its sanctions, the statement read.
